How can i contact Home and Garden?

You can contact us anytime through email or call our hotline number during our working hours Saturday to Thursday 8AM-4PM.

The Order I received was not acceptable, How can i contact you?

If the order you received mismatches the order you placed or if there were missing/wrong items in your order, you can contact us directly through or by calling our customer support team.

I forgot to add an item to my order, What do i do?

Contact us if you need to add, remove or change items from your order.

Can I do one order with multiple address and areas?

Currently every order is tagged with one delivery address, but in case you’re looking for a customized solution, feel free to contact us on our hotline and we will take care of your custom request.

Can I have multiple address in my account?

Yes. You can add as many addresses as you need to a single account. Go to My Addresses and click on "Add New Delivery Address" button.

 If I place an order, how long does it take to deliver the order?

We offer each delivery within 72 hours. Our team will inform you before it is out for delivery.

Do you have debit card/ Credit card service?

Yes, we have Debit Card/Credit Card and KNET payment methods.
